All of our team members have several years of professional experience in adult education and real projects in different industries. Thus, knowledge transfer can be offered at all levels - fundamentals, preparation for certification or advanced technologies - depending on the our customer´s requirements. This makes it necessary to assess or colleagues in a three-dimensional way, asking for
- expert knowledge, demonstrated by certification, e.g. as PMP(R)
- practical experience (demonstrated by successfull projects)
- didactical qualification, demonstrated by an acknowledged trainer formation
The interaction of these three factors does not only guarantee a high level of theoretical substance but also highly interactive discussions, an environment where learning is fun and aquired knowledge can be taken home to your working environment.
